Occupation des lieux

• The rental is for 4/5 persons.

• Some pets allowed. Please, inform us when reserving.

• Stays will begin Saturday late afternoon and end Saturday before 12 am.

Reservation conditions

• After receiving your application

• After receiving your application form, you will receive a rental contract.

• It must be returned signed with a deposit equivalent to 20% of the rental price.

• The balance will be paid on arrival.

Cancellation conditions

• In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the beginning of stay, the deposit will be refunded.

• In case of cancellation between 30 and 8 days before beginning of stay, the deposit won't be refunded.

• En cas d'annulation moins de 8 jours avant la date d'arrivée, la location est due dans sa totalité

• The full rent must be paid if the booking is not cancelled, even if the tenant doesn't take possession of the villa.

• In case of arrival later than the date agreed upon, the price won't be reduced and the departure must take place on the appointed day.

Inventory and equipments

• La location est meublée et comprend également vThe villa is fully-furnished and includes dishes, cutlery, kitchen implement, mattresses, mattress-protections and blankets.

• Kitchen-towels, sheets, towels, napkins etc. aren't part of the booking.

• The tenant agrees to leave the place, the belongings and the furniture such as they were when the inventory was made. Il must replace it or pay for it in case of loss or damage.

• A guarantee of 100 euros will be asked at the beginning of the stay. It will be refunded, after deducting conditional damage or loss when doing the inventory made at the end of the stay.

Water and electricity

• Water and electricity are included in the price of the booking.

L'eau et l'électricité sont compris dans le montant de la location.

Miscellaneous

• The house can't be sublet even partially to a third person.

• In case of complains from the neighbourhood or nuisances, the tenant could be asked to leave without any refunding.

• The tenant is responsible for theft and damage to the property or equipment put at disposal. It is advisable to subscribe a special insurance policy.
